Oura, Apple Health, Google Fit, and Whoop integrations will let AmberRoom pull last night's sleep score, today's HRV trend, and current resting heart rate to tune the recipe around the body you're actually in — not the body you'd like to be in.
What we'll do with the data
- HRV below your baseline? The anxiety recipe drops to lower theta (5.5 Hz instead of 6.0) and the bowls lead longer.
- Slept under 6 hours? Morning energy sessions push later toward beta, with brighter pads.
- Resting HR elevated? Pacing curve adds an extra arrival minute before descent.
- Deep sleep score low? Tonight's sleep recipe biases toward longer delta floor.
Privacy
Biometric data stays on-device for as long as we can avoid the round-trip — only aggregate signals (e.g. "HRV is 12% below baseline") get sent to the recipe engine. Raw waveform data never leaves your phone or watch.
Status
Not yet wired. The brief schedules wearable integrations for V2 (Months 4–6). Connector code, OAuth flows, and the inference layer are next on the roadmap. If you're already wearing one of these, you're who we'll ship to first.
